Traditionally, eagle feather is considered the best kind of feather for fletching
(the other two ranked below are osprey and goose).
Eagle feather is much tougher than turkey feather,
so it can cut the wind much better to ensure a straighter flight.
Eagle feather is also much more durable than other feathers.
